The Come Along has been a long time in the making. We designed the backpack and the print, but for some reason it didn’t feel quite right. Fortunately I listened to my instincts, and now we’ve created the perfect bag. One that will keep you company for many years to come.
Before we put any bag into production, I use the prototype for a while so I can test it for myself. Are the pockets in the right place? Are the shoulder straps long enough, do all my things fit into it easily? I always come up with improvements. In this case, I made a completely new sample just before we visited our sewing studio in Poland. One that immediately felt like a perfect fit with the family of the Wish Tree, Small Wishes, and Little Fox.
When we arrived there, we drew on the expertise of their pattern-making specialist to ensure the design was exactly what we wanted. And the result is the Come Along: a stylish backpack you can use for work and leisure, with space for a 16-inch MacBook and your day’s shopping.
This timeless new Keecie model will keep you company on trips at home and abroad for many years to come. Once again, there’s a beautiful silkscreen print on the inside. I often take inspiration from botanical gardens such as Hortus in Amsterdam and others that I visit on holiday. This source of inspiration is reflected in the print of the Come Along.
